E.-28 23-2267 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 (SA) and a Data Sharing Agreement 2023-2024 (DA) by and between the District and Urban Ed Academy, San Francisco, CA, for the latter through the SA to provide support with recruitment, selection, and development of cohort activities including professional development for candidates in the Teacher Residency Expansion Grant Program, as delineated in Exhibits A & B of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the amount not to exceed $120,000.00, and under the Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) 2023-2024, providing the terms and conditions of District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with Urban Ed Academy and the protection by Urban Ed Academy, of such data, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated in the DSA, for the term of July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2024, or longer, whichever is greater, each via the Talent/Human Resources Department. .
