T.-42 23-1994 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and HERO, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide recess activities, support, and supervision for all students during their outdoor play times to facilitate large and small group play, encourage team building, increase understanding of positive interactions during play at Franklin Elementary School, for the period of August 7, 2023 through May 23, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00.
