T.-38 23-1989 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Community Education Partnership, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide tutorial services to homeless students attending OUSD who are housing insecure and living in shelter, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of August 1, 2023 through May 24, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
