T.-27 23-1657 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No 1, Memorandum of Understanding and Engagement Policy by and between the District and Lozano Smith retaining the latter provide legal services to District for facilities and construction law matters on an as needed basis, with the exception of facilities- or construction-related claims and litigation defense, in the additional not to exceed amount of $400,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $400,000.00 to $800,000.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2024. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
