T.-26 23-1563 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Bay Alarm Company, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide monitoring services to reduce false alarms and burglar alarm signals using the two-way voice feature system for the Monitoring Services Project, in an additional total amount of $78,567.12, increasing Agreement's not-to-exceed amount from $144,000.00 to $222,567.12, and extending the term of the Agreement from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2024 . All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
