T.-16 23-1233 Approval by the Board of Education of an Agreement for Maintenance by and between the District and Dawson Construction Management, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide at Various sites (8)- Burbank ES, Grass Valley ES, Community Day, King Estates MS, Howard ES, Marshall ES, Tilden and Westlake - Vegetation Fire Management Weed Abatement Maintenance Services/Project, as described in more detail in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the amount of $76,000.00, as the lowest responsible, responsive bidder, with a contract term of two (2) months; with the work anticipated to commence on June 8, 2023, and with an end date of August 7, 2023 or a period of Forty-Five(45) days from the date of the Board's approval of the Agreement.
