T.-49 23-1428 Approval by the Board of Education of the College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) Partnership Agreement (renewal) by and between the District and the Peralta Community College District (PCCD), Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide the College and Career Access Pathway (CCAP), complying with the requirements outlined under AB288, memorializing the collaboration for the CCAP Program, and setting forth the mutual rights and responsibilities and the terms of the relationship of the Parties and the Courses, for District students enrolled in the CCAP at PCCD, for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026.
