T.-8 23-1275 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No.2, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Viatron Systems, Inc., Gardena, CA, for the latter to provide continued scanning and archiving services needed for a large quantity of confidential records for the District, as described in the Proposal attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, for the Central Office 1000 Broadway Digitalization Project, in an additional amount of $291,282.00, which includes a not to exceed contingency fee of $37,993.00 for Additional Services, increasing the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement from $640,660.00 to $931,942.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from June 30, 2022 through August 31, 2023 to December 31, 2023 (an additional 122 calendar days). All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
