T.-8 23-1440 Approval by the Board of Education of an Agreement for Special Education Non-Public Transportation Services by and between the District and Bay Area Wheelchair Transport, for the latter to provide Special Education transportation vehicles for District school sites and programs, for the term July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026: as specified: with first "contract year" being from June 30 to July 1, and any successive "contract year" being from July 1 of one year to June 30 of the next successive year; in an amount not to exceed $300,000.00, per contract year. Agreement may be extended for [two (2) additional one (1) year terms] upon mutual written agreement of both parties.
