U.-1 23-0813 Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement for Materials Testing and Special Inspection Services by and between the District and Inspection Services, Inc., Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide materials testing and special construction inspection services as required by the Division of State Architects (DSA), for the Lowell Middle School and Westlake Middle School Solar Initiative Project, more specifically described in Exhibit B of the Agreement, in a not-to-exceed amount of $3,005.20, which includes a not-to-exceed amount of $273.20 for Additional Services, with the work scheduled to commence on April 27, 2023, and scheduled to last until September 31, 2023.
