T.-49 23-0899 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between the District and School Based Mental Health Provider, Lincoln Families, Oakland, CA, on behalf of its HOPE Program, for the latter to provide school based Early and Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) mental health services to Medi-Cal beneficiaries primarily through Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services (ACBHCS) funding, as set forth in Exhibit A of Agreement, via the Chief Academic Officer, for the period of August 8, 2022 through June 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $74,000.00.
