T.-2 23-0853 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Safer School Solutions, LLC, Fort Lauderdale, FL, for the latter to conduct a comprehensive school security assessment of twenty-five percent (25%) of school and District sites; conduct a review of District's structure, Strategy and Policy related to safety and security programs; conduct and participate in listening sessions with staff and school community to gather suggestions, establish expectations, and consider feedback for school security enhancements for possible implementation and inclusion in the Comprehensive Evaluation Summary Report; make recommendations, and other tasks, as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Chief of Systems and Services Officer, for the period of March 3, 2023 through December 31, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $80,000.00.
