T.-77 23-0611 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding and Engagement Policy ("MOUEP") by and between the District and Leone Alberts and Duus Law Firm, Walnut Creek, CA, for the latter to provide more of the same legal services on an hourly rate in the areas of civil litigation and other legal services and legal advice on as needed basis, in an additional amount of $200,000.00 per fiscal year, for a total not to exceed $550,000.00 per fiscal year for the remainder of the term of the MOUEP. All other terms and conditions of the MOUEP remain in full force and effect.
