T.-66 23-0727 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between District and National College Resources Foundation (NCRF), for the latter to work with the District's High School Linked Learning Office, in partnership with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and the Oakland Promise (OP), to bring at least 20 Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to District to host two college fairs: HBCU Caravan and HBCU Exposition, in which students will be introduced to HBCU representatives and if students qualify, will be offered on the spot scholarship opportunities and on the spot college admissions; in partnership with OUSD, NAACP OP, host the HBCU Awards Ceremony, for the term November 1, 2022 through February 5, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00.
