T.-35 23-0596 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Design For Equity, LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 1 to 1 and group professional development and coaching with Network 4 principals from 7 schools integrating antiracist leadership practices with their SPSA and Community School planning process with families: Lockwood, Fruitvale, Franklin, La Escuelita, Markham, plus 2 additional to be confirmed, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, for the unchanged period of October 03, 2022 through May 26, 2023, in the additional amount of $73,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $23,000.00 to $96,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
