T.-17 23-0171 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement (SA) 2022-2023 and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) 2022-2023, each, by and between the District and the American Indian Child Resource Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter through the SA to provide after school and summer services including tutoring, academic enrichment, youth development, sports, nutrition, and culture enrichment and other activities, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in an amount not to exceed $37,647.00, for the period February 1, 2023 through June 30, 2023, and through the DSA, the latter, agrees to the terms and conditions stated therein, incorporated herein by reference, for the receipt, handling, protection, and disposition of student data, acquired and/or accumulated as a result of the SA, for like term or longer, whichever is greater, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department.
