T.-12 23-0696 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Jennifer Herriot-Hatfield, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide 167 hours of consulting services, exploring the possibility of building a Preliminary or Clear Administrative Services Credential Program (CASC or PASC), as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in an unchanged amount not to exceed $25,000.00, by extending the term of the Agreement from October 1, 2022 through February 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
