T.-26 23-0386 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional stipends for students and parent fellows for Meaningful Student and Family Engagement; pay stipends for the MLK Oratorical Skyline Drama Department, for the period of September 01, 2022 through May 31, 2023, in the additional amount of $50,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $10,000.00 to $60,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
