T.-6 23-0027 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Leah G. Branson, Orinda, CA, for the latter to work with the Principal, TSA, and School Psychologist to identify and provide therapy support to students and families in need, in the additional amount of $15,400.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $6,250.00 to $21,650.00 and extending the Agreement term from August 1, 2022 through November 10, 2022 to June 15, 2023 at Chabot Elementary School. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
