T.-58 22-2919 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Focus Care Inc dba FEV Tutor Inc, for the latter to provide Academic Success Coaches to provide students with academic support as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the term December 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 at a cost not to exceed $29,000.00 and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) 2022-2023 by and between said Parties, defining the terms and conditions of District's transmission of or sharing of data with Fev Tutor and the protection by Fev Tutor of such data pursuant to the terms and conditions stated in the DSA.
