T.-38 22-2809 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Rona Zollinger, Martinez, CA, for the latter to improve the performance of the K14 Career Technical Education (CTE) Program between the District and Peralta Community College District as measured by the CTEIG, K-12 SWP Metrics, and guided by the K14 Pathway Quality Rubric, by providing direct support to, linking, and aligning program efforts funded by CTEIG, K-12 SWP, and Community College SWP investments in the service area; through drawing attention to and engagement with labor market and program performance information and the region's workforce development plan; and through coordination with other regional key talents, in an additional amount of $73,750.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $51,250.00 to $125,000.00, and extending the Agreement term from August 01, 2022 through December 31, 2022 to June 30, 2023. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
