T.-33 22-2799 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Carter-Kelly Consulting/Lifepoint, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 65 hours of services to students as they engage more fully in the instructional and extra-curricular programs of the school to successfully achieve the state standards in core courses and electives to meet the graduation requirements; assist students in overcoming barriers that interfere with the accomplishment of these objectives and experience both academic and socio-emotional development as described in the school's Schoolwide Learner Outcomes; and to serve as the Student Success Team Coordinator for Dewey Academy, for the period of December 1, 2022 through May 26, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $7,000.00.
