S.-41 22-2442 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and TransformCA, Oakland, CA, for the latter to implement the Safe Routes to School Program, promoting safe pedestrian and biking education, activities and events, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of July 1, 2022 through November 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $34,175.82.
