S.-60 22-1985 Ratification by the Board of Education of California Technical Education; Advise Project, Site Agreement No. 1350-OUSD-2500-01- No Cost - by and between MDRC and District, with District agreeing to be MDRC's research partner in the Project in accordance with the roles and responsibilities set forth in the Scope of Work, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein as though fully set forth; and District also agrees to provide de-identified data according to the terms outlined in the Data Sharing Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit B, with MDRC paying offset of costs related to participation in the Project to the District of fixed payments up to $9,004.00, for the term August 31, 2022 through August 31, 2025.
