S.-40 22-1915 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Lauran Waters-Cherry, Oakland, CA, for the latter to conduct, on a rotating basis, pupil expulsion hearings, admission, reinstatement and readmission hearings pursuant to Education Code Sections 48900-48927 for the term of the Agreement, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of August 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00.
