S.-19 22-1958 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Bay Construction Company, Oakland, CA, for additional construction services which include reinstalling 21 window screens and 1300 sq. ft. of stucco repair work, for the Special Education Department Exterior Painting Project, in the amount of $14,932.75, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $236,500.00 to $251,432.75. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
