V1.-12 22-1595 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 8, Architectural Services Agreement by and between the District and LCA Architects, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide the construction services for the Phase 4 Increment, as described in the Proposal dated May 11, 2021 attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, at no increase in cost, and extending the term of the Agreement from March 23, 2016 thru June 30, 2022 to December 31, 2022 (an additional 184 calendar days). All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
