V1.-7 22-1567 Approval by the Board of Education of General Services Agreement by and between the District and Viatron Systems, Inc., Gardena, CA, for the latter to provide services for the Central Office 1000 Broadway Digitalization Project ("Project, including all work described in the May 3, 2022, Notice to Bidders, which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A and described at the April 20, 2022, pre-bid site meeting (including but not limited to digitizing all district documents related to the district departments and providing systems for document archive in the amount of $640,660.00, which includes a not-to-exceed amount of $70,000.00 for additional services, as the lowest responsible, responsive bidder, with the work anticipated to commence on June 30, 2022, and scheduled to last for one hundred eighty (180) Calendar days, with an anticipated ending of December 26, 2022.
