V.-12 22-1462 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Alameda County Health Care Services Agency, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to contract with District School-Based Health Centers to provide physical care and mental health services, and to contract with the District's Central Family Resource Center to provide health-related and other services, as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000.00.
