V.-9 22-1386 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Trina Fields, Rohnert Park, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 400 hours of project management and coordination in the implementation of the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program Grant, as described in the Amended Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in an additional amount of $20,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $30,000.00 to $50,000.00 and extending the term of the Agreement from March 1, 2022 through June 30, 2022 to August 31, 2022. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
