V1.-1 22-1238 Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Group H Construction, Inc., San Pablo, CA, for the latter to provide the following services: rebuild exterior sidewalk at the middle school campus; add drain inlet at low point in the parking lot; build housekeeping pad at the location of water heater; reset water heater; and all connections for the Madison Middle School Expansion Supplemental Project, in the amount of $109,000.00, which includes a contingency allowance of $9,000.00, as the lowest responsible, responsive bidder, with the work anticipated to commence on June 9, 2022, and scheduled to last for thirty (30) days, with an anticipated ending of July 8, 2022.
