V.-78 22-1370 Approval by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding and Engagement Policy by and between District and Leone, Alberts and Duus law firm, authorizing the Office of the General Counsel to retain Leone, Alberts and Duus law firm to provide legal services to the District for civil litigation matters and other legal services on an as needed basis, for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $350,000 in a fiscal year.
