V.-65 22-1347 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Breathe For Change, San Francisco, CA, for the latter, designed specifically for educators and community leaders, to use wellness, social-emotional learning, to teach inclusive and trauma-informed yoga classes to adults and young people, as well as design and facilitate wellness and social-emotional learning workshops and professional development programs for schools, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, at Think College Now Elementary School, for the period of August 9, 2021, through May 25, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $3,590.00.
