V.-62 22-1334 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Sheldon Botler Photography, Los Angeles, CA, for the latter to capture video of students participating in Oakland Fine Arts Summer School (OFASS) while they are participating in school activities and presentations and document the works students create; edit footage and deliver completed file to Director of OFASS, who will share with parents so they can see the growth that their child has made so that students will take pride in their accomplishments, described in Exhibit A of Agreement, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period June 6, 2022 through July 8, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $2,700.00.
