V.-26 22-1115 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding 2021-2022 (MOU) by and between the District and YMCA of the East Bay, Oakland, CA, for the latter to increase after school staff compensation; increase enrichment contracts with Prescott Circus and Destiny Arts as well as enroll students to participate in athletics via a partnership with Oakland Athletic League for students in the after school program at Piedmont Avenue Elementary School, in an additional amount of $26,721.00, increasing the MOU not-to-exceed amount from $111,269.00 to $137,990.00, for the period August 1, 2021 through July 31, 2022. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remains in full force and effect.
