H.-3 22-1475 Adoption by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 2122-0122C - Amendment of Classified Employees Reduction in Force Due to Lack of Funds and/or Lack of Work (2022/23 Fiscal Year) which provides for the reduction in force, reinstatement, increase, or creation of authorized classified positions based on lack of funds and/or lack of work as reflected through the Budget Development process for 2022-2023 Fiscal Year.

    The number of schools in OUSD has little to do with the overage of administrators. There are "schools" in OUSD which would be called programs in most other districts, and some of them don't even have their own principals. Past consolidations and closures have occasionally reduced a principal....only to need to increase the number of Assistant Principals.
