V.-76 22-1013 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding 2021-2022 (MOU) by and between the District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to increase funding for enrichment providers, increase program offerings for the after-school program at MetWest High School, for the period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in an additional amount of $3,865.00, increasing the MOU not-to-exceed amount from $184,930.00 to $188,795.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
