I just saw today that the Facilities meeting is earlier than originally scheduled on the Legislative calendar. I look forward to seeing i on video. I hope you will follow the lead of the Budget and Finance Committee meeting in providing answers to questions from the public.
Also--there are several important topics that go to the fiscal stability of the district on which I hope you have public updates: 1) the leases entered into by the district; 2) the status of the Central Kitchen, what efficiencies is it bringing, are any programs yet to be started, how is the farm program not duplicating on site gardening programs?: 3) making sure that energy cost savings and other efficiencies stewarded by the Facilities Department are appropriately reflected in the district budget as these often bring relief to the general fund.
