V.-108 22-1074 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Oakland Youth Chorus, Oakland, CA, for the latter to support the school in designing, creating, implementing and evaluating a school based music program whether through virtual, in person or a hybrid program delivery model, as set forth in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Claremont Middle School, for the period of August 28, 2021 through May 26, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
