V.-23 22-0945 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Attitudinal Healing Connection, Inc, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide TWO trimesters of ArtEsteem programming for the 2021-2022 school year, as described in Exhibit A of Amendment, in the additional amount of $7,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $25,000.00 to $32,000.00 and extending the Agreement term from October 26, 2021, through March 22, 2022, to May 25, 2022. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
