V.-40 22-0899 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter facilitate and increase pay-out the Work-Based Learning (WBL) stipends for Media Academy students who participate in the Work Based Learning Career Preparation and Training experiences in the Pathway Programs, as described in Section 1 of the Amendment, for the period of August 19, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in the additional amount of $27,398.75, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $80,000.00 to $107,398.75. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
