V.-5 22-0782 Approval by the Board of Education of Construction Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Tulum Innovative Engineering, Oakland CA, for the latter to provide power & data demolition services described in the proposal dated December 22, 2021, which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, which consists of removing all materials, data and telephone cables, jacks, faceplates from outlet to TDF, removal of switches, patch panels, and racks form LDF; removal of wall TV monitors, projects and cabling; cut drywall to allow removal of wire or MC cable in the wall; outlets/circuits to be demolished, for the Central Office Consolidation Project, for an amount not to exceed $42,880.00, with work scheduled to commence on April 28, 2022 and scheduled to last until December 31, 2022.
