V.-4 22-0506 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. I, Agreement for Maintenance by and between the District and Chain Link Fence & Supply Inc., Livermore, CA, for the latter to provide continued on-call fencing maintenance routine service including minor repairs for the Three Years Fencing Routine Maintenance District-wide Project, in an additional amount of $450,000.00, increasing the Agreement's not-to­exceed amount from $983,170.00 to $1,433,170.00, and decreasing the term of the Agreement (Section 4) from 48 months to a term of Two Hundred Seven (207) Days or January 23, 2020, through June 30, 2023. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
