V.-1 22-0861 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Whole Life Nutrition Consultants, Benicia, CA, for the latter to coordinate design and configuration of Titan Software; oversee input of all new menu items and recipes at the Center, for the period, July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, in the additional amount of $12,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $71,400.00 to $83,400.00. All other terms and conditions of the Services Agreement remain in full force and effect.
