V1.-4 22-0307 Approval by the Board of Education of General Services Agreement by and between the District and Ninyo & Moore, Alameda, CA, for the latter to provide continued sampling and reporting of the soil vapor and VIMS sampling points, and indoor air quality and ambient air at the request of the DTSC on a quarterly basis, including, as basic services, all work described in the January 10, 2022, proposal, which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, for the Fremont High School New Construction Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $175,645.80, which includes a not-to-exceed amount of $15,967.80 for performance of any additional services, with work scheduled to commence on January 3, 2022, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2024.
