V.-43 22-0099 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Common Vision (Growing Together), Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide drivers to pick up supplies at 900 High Street and deliver them across the city to 10-50 school sites and for contracted inventory coordinator to assist with inventory management, record new deliveries with lot numbers to update the inventory of testing kits on hand and new shipments out to school sites, build delivery sets/pallets 3x a week for delivery to school sites based on incoming requests, ensure test inventory is organized and easy to access, ensure oldest tests ship first so we have unexpired tests remaining in inventory, create monthly delivery of tests to regional sites, and deliver to sites as needed, via Office of the Chief of Staff, for the period of January 3, 2022 through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $95,000.00.
