V.-29 22-0144 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between the District and Lincoln, Oakland, CA, articulating and clarifying the roles, responsibilities and expectations of each Party in their support of Lincoln's HOPE Program which will provide school based Early and Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) mental health services to Medi-Cal beneficiaries primarily through Alameda County Behavioral Health Clinical Services (ACBHCS) funding, for participating District schools listed in Exhibit A, for the period of January 3, 2022, through June 30, 2022, at no cost to the District.
