V.-4 22-0059 Ratification by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement by and between the District and Sandis Civil Engineers Surveyors Planners, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide site surveying services which includes preparation of topographic survey, and mechanical locating services for subsurface utilities for the Kaiser Child Development Center Outdoor Learning Environment Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $16,300.00 and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with the said contractor with work scheduled to commence on December 20, 2021, and scheduled to last until December 21, 2022.
