V.-1 22-0065 Ratification by the Board of Education of a California Student Data Privacy Agreement by and between District and Inkwire, Inc., San Francisco, CA, prescribing the duties and responsibilities of the latter to protect student data transmitted to it from the District pursuant to the Service Agreement, between the Parties, including compliance with all applicable statutes including the FERPA, PPRA, COPPA, SOPIPA, AB 1584 and other applicable California State laws, all as may be amended from time to time, for the duration of the Service Agreement or so long as Inkwire, Inc., maintains any Student Data of the District, at no cost to the District.
