V.-42 21-3054 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Attitudinal Healing Connection, Inc, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Visual Art programming for Visual Arts instruction and activities, reference videos, and a format that allows students to work collaboratively with individual support from the Instructor serving up to 20-25 students and associated services, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth at EnCompass Academy (ES), for the period of October 26, 2021, through March 22, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
